Description
The Tarantula Nebula, also known as 30 Doradus, is a vast star-forming region in the Large Magellanic Cloud. Webb’s NIRCam reveals a central cavity carved by intense radiation from a cluster of massive young stars.
Pale blue stars sparkle within the cavity while rust-colored gas and dust form intricate walls around it. Embedded protostars and dense knots reveal stellar birth at many stages across the field.
Produced from NASA’s official 14,557 × 8,418 print master, every offered panoramic paper, framed-and-matted, and stretched-canvas size remains above 300 PPI.
