Acceptance and eligibility

You may use the Site only if you can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Changes will not alter the terms of an order already accepted except where required by law or agreed with you.

Products, formats and previews

Space Art Studio offers made-to-order space-art prints. Available formats may include matted paper, framed paper, stretched canvas and rolled canvas. Sizes, materials and formats vary by image and are shown on the applicable product page.

Product photographs, room previews, crops and mockups are illustrative. Because monitors, production materials and print processes vary, final color and detail may differ slightly from the on-screen display. Measurements and written specifications should be used when choosing a size.

Products and options are subject to availability. We may update descriptions, specifications or availability and may discontinue a product or option at any time.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown during checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and related charges imposed by the destination country.

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We try to keep pricing and product information accurate. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid for it.

Orders, acceptance and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order because of product availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount.

Because products are made to order, contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to accommodate the request before production begins, but cannot guarantee that a submitted order can be changed or cancelled.

Production, shipping and delivery

Production and dispatch estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, supply interruptions and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within a time specifically promised to you—or within the period required by applicable law when no time is stated—we will provide the delay notice and cancellation or refund options required by law.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if tracking indicates a delivery problem. Do not discard damaged packaging before we have reviewed a claim.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders; returns and refunds

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or format, or ordinary screen-to-print variation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Transit damage, defects or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Email sales@spaceartstudio.com with your order number, clear photographs of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement. If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, we may offer a refund or another remedy required by applicable law. When a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method; financial-institution processing times may vary.

Site content, intellectual property and source imagery

Space Art Studio owns or controls its name, logo, website design, product presentation, original writing and other original Site content. Those materials may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without written permission.

Space imagery may originate from NASA, ESA, CSA, STScI and other identified institutions or creators. That source imagery remains subject to the applicable owner’s rights, public-domain status, license terms, usage policies and required credits. Credits displayed with an artwork form part of its attribution information.

Purchasing a physical print transfers ownership of that copy only. It does not transfer copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights in the image, Site content or Space Art Studio branding.

Space Art Studio is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by NASA or any other governmental agency.

Acceptable website use

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers or payment systems;
• introduce malware, interfere with Site operation, or evade security or access controls;
• use automated means to extract Site content in a way that burdens the Site or infringes rights;
• submit fraudulent orders, false information or content that violates applicable law; or
• use Space Art Studio branding in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Site or our legal rights.

Accounts and privacy

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party services used for payment, shipping, analytics or fraud prevention may process information under their own policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Art Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of a product. For a claim relating to a product, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Illinois, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum or grants rights that cannot be waived.

Before filing a claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, sale, reorganization or transfer of the business. You may not assign an order or these Terms without our written consent.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product- or checkout-specific terms shown before purchase, form the agreement between you and Space Art Studio concerning the Site and your order.
