4. Shipping and Delivery

4.2. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4.3. You are responsible for providing correct and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item damaged in the mail within 7 days of receipt for an exchange.
5.2. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
