The mobile message service

The service may provide transactional and service-related messages, including order updates, account alerts, shipping information and customer-service communications. If you separately consent to marketing messages, the service may also send promotions, product announcements, special offers and cart reminders.

The service is provided for convenience. Email, account and checkout information remain available through the Site where applicable.

Consent and message technology

By consenting to receive Space Art Studio SMS or text messages, you authorize messages to the mobile number you provided, including when that number appears on a state or federal Do Not Call list to the extent your consent permits. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other messaging technology.

Your consent to marketing messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may withdraw consent as explained below.

By enrolling, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number, or that you have permission from the subscriber to enroll that number.

Message frequency and carrier fees

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, orders and messaging preferences. Space Art Studio does not charge a separate fee for the service, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.

You are responsible for fees imposed by your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier with questions about your text-messaging or data plan.

How to stop receiving messages

You may revoke consent at any time. The simplest method is to reply STOP to a Space Art Studio text or text STOP to +1 855-474-3213. Where available, you may also use the unsubscribe link in a message.

You may also make another reasonable request that clearly communicates your desire to stop, including contacting sales@spaceartstudio.com. Include enough information for us to identify the mobile number and messaging program connected to the request.

After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming the request. No further messages requiring that consent will be sent unless you later re-enroll or initiate a communication.

Help and support

For mobile-message assistance, reply HELP to a Space Art Studio message, text HELP to +1 855-474-3213, or email sales@spaceartstudio.com.

Sending HELP requests assistance; it does not revoke consent. Use STOP or another clear opt-out request when you want messages to end.

Your mobile number

You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change or relinquish that number, opt out before the change and update your account information where applicable. You must enroll the new number separately if you want messages sent to it.

We may change the telephone number or short code used for the service. When reasonably practicable, we will notify participants of a material number change and continue to provide an accessible method for support and opt-out requests.

Delivery and wireless carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, number changes and other circumstances outside our control.

Not all carriers, devices or locations may support every feature. A failed or delayed text does not change an order, payment or delivery obligation shown elsewhere on the Site.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service or a feature. We may also revise these Mobile Terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. When applicable law requires additional notice or renewed consent, we will provide it.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information associated with the service is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information will be handled as described in that policy and any disclosure presented when you enroll.

Review the disclosure shown at the point of enrollment before submitting a mobile number.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Space Art Studio is not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected message delivery, errors in message content, or action taken or not taken in reliance on the service.

Nothing in these Mobile Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Site’s general Terms & Conditions also apply.
