Refund and Exchange Policy

At Space Art Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. While we take great care in producing and shipping our artwork, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a return or exchange is necessary. Our policy below outlines your options and responsibilities should such a situation arise.


1. Refunds

1.1. Refunds are only issued for items that are defective or significantly different from what was described on our website.

1.2. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@spaceartstudio.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.


2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1. Non-damaged items may be returned for store credit within 2 days of delivery. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

2.2. If your item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer an exchange. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.

2.3. For damaged items, email sales@spaceartstudio.com with your order number and photos of the damage. If the damage is verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

2.4. We may require the return of the damaged item. If so, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


3. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

3.1. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3.2. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged during shipping.


4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned items, except when a replacement is issued for a damaged product.

4.2. Customers returning non-damaged items will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
